Setting straight the little matter with Retromedia Entertainment and its President sleaze merchant and liar Fred Olen Ray.

Over two years ago Olen Ray's attorney Vince Ravine once threatened me on the phone that they were going to take me to the cleaner. Now the time has come to set the record straight.

First of all there was never any thing like Retromedia vs. Bill Rebane until after Ray and his equally corrupt lawyer committed perjury in 2005 by filing a petition for a court order to arbitrate which was obtained by perjures means. The only legal action ever filed was by myself in a Wisconsin Court against the crooks, for co mingling of funds and not furnishing proper accounting records for my films.

For the record. Any contract they claim that existed was canceled in 2003. That's what made them scream bloody murder and we got to get that guy (me). Fred Olen Ray with the help of his legal beaver quickly proceeded to sell off my film titles to other distributors and sub distributors extorting large amounts of money for them .....Got it? that's also not legal.

Feeling comfortable with having a court order to compel arbitration which they obtained by committing perjury. Nice Fellows...... they began with their harassment. After all they now thought it was legal..................

Would it not be for Fred Olen Ray's public internet admission of earlier this year..... that "they" (I guess he and his lawyer), had been adequately compensated financially for whatever I was supposed to have done, I would be unable to write the above. After all, that would be slander and libelous. Well folks the truth is in the pudding and in the files of the court.

For the hell of it,.... Ray is also full of S... with his comments of my being sanctioned by the court. What court ? and What sanctions.
